Nishika Jardine is a Chartered Director and a Veteran with 37 years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces. As a military officer, she has served all across Canada and on operations in Afghanistan, retiring at the rank of Colonel in 2019.
She has since been working as consultant and as a volunteer director in the not-for-profit sector, where she feels privileged to contribute her considerable leadership experience and growing governance acumen to the Boards of Directors of the Stevenson Memorial Hospital, the Air Cadet League Ontario Provincial Committee, the Order of St. George and the Royal Canadian Electrical & Mechanical Engineers Foundation.
She holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Defence Studies degrees from the Royal Military College and the Chartered Director designation from The Directors College.
