Should you find it necessary to cancel your registration for a particular module or the exam, you will receive a full refund minus a $150 administration fee for any cancellation received in writing within 30 business days of registration. After 30 days, the registration fee is non-refundable.

Certification requires eight modules ($295 each) plus a final exam ($195 fee). As each module is self-paced, how long it takes is entirely up to you. Most students complete the course in roughly six months but you may take up to three years, if needed.
